How do I log in to the site?
To log into NYDDC.com you must be a member of the DDC. You must get your username (the four digit telephone number in the club) and your personal password from Gloria McAniff at the phone room. Once you enter your username and password, you will be prompted to chose a new password, and to agree to the terms and conditions of use for the site. Click I agree, if you agree to these rules, and you are ready to use the site!

How do I update my information?
Updating you personal information is easy.  When you log in, on your home intranet page, you will see your current information. Beneath there is an 'edit' button. If you wish to change or update anything, please click on the edit button, and fill out the form. When you are done, click on the 'submit' button.

How do I get my picture on?
To get a current picture, please see Gloria on the 10th floor. She will take your picture and post it for you. You may also e-mail your picture to the club at mhochbaum@ddcny.com  

What can I do on the site?
NYDDC.com acts as a virtual DDC. A member can access information regularly post at the DDC; Arbitration schedules, bereavement notices, suspensions, in - club buyers, etc. In addition, member's can: list their inventories, request diamonds and gemstones, search the NYDDC database of member inventories, receive important news, view a calendar listing important dates and holidays and much more.

How do I see if there is a buyer in the club?
Either enter the trading platform and click on the "View Buys" tab and select "View in Club Buyers" for a full description of the buyers needs or check NYDDC's Calendar for who is listed as a "In Club Buyer". All events and /or buyer in the club for the current day, are listed on the left hand side of your intranet home page.

Who can look at my stones?
Only DDC members and the website administers can view the inventory posted in our database.
